What counts as a boutique here
Independent advisory firms with a genuine London practice, most of them partner-owned and small enough that deal teams sit within earshot of the founders. You will find M&A advisory, debt advisory, restructuring and capital raising specialists, along with sector-focused shops covering everything from fintech to healthcare.
The big global names are left out on purpose. If a firm's graduate scheme is already famous, you do not need a database to find it.

Why target boutiques instead of the bulge bracket?
Fewer applicants per seat, earlier deal exposure, and hiring that often happens off-cycle through direct approaches rather than formal schemes. Many boutiques never advertise junior roles at all, which is exactly why a list like this is useful.
